A.M.L Architects have been commissioned to convert the Rügheimer & Becker hat factory situated on Kungsholmen in Stockholm into 40 new apartments by premium real estate developer Oscar Properties. The 4000 square metre large premises are now under construction and completion is estimated to 2011 (part 1) and 2012 (part 2).
